With all the bad news, it's hard to stay positive and focused.
Start your day with a list of things that you are grateful for.
At before you go to sleep take 3 deep breaths and which each breath recall a positive thing that happened during the day. Be grateful. Think of one thing you would like to bring into your life the next day
Relax, let go and sleep well.
